Refund Policy

We aim for every build to ship on spec. If something goes wrong, here's how refunds work.

Eligible

• Order paid but no developer has been assigned within 14 days.
• Build cancelled by DBIWE Labs before delivery.
• Verified duplicate payment.

Not eligible

• Change of mind after development has started.
• Issues caused by user-side hosting or third-party platform changes.
• Custom-quoted Enterprise builds past the agreed milestone.

Process

Open a support ticket including your order ID. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method, or as an admin-issued gift card credit.
