Terms of Service

Welcome to DBIWE Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Services

We design and deliver custom Discord bots, ERLC systems, automation tooling and related integrations. Deliverables and scope are defined per order.

2. Accounts

You authenticate via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord credentials secure.

3. Payments

Orders may be paid via Cash App or Roblox Gamepass. Work begins after payment is verified by our system or staff.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, or platform abuse.
• No reverse engineering of our delivery system.
• No reselling delivered builds without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to deploy and modify your build for your community. We retain rights to underlying tooling, libraries and templates.

6. Limitation of liability

Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBIWE Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
